My stay at the hotel was enjoyable overall, with a cozy standalone cottage that I really loved. The location was walkable to downtown Gatlinburg, which was a big plus for my family. I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The room was unfortunately not as clean as I had hoped; there was some leftover garbage from previous guests, and there was a strong odor. On the upside, the location is fantastic! The staff was friendly and helpful, particularly at breakfast. While the amenities were decent, I did find that the pool and breakfast could use improvement.
