7.0/10

My stay at the hotel was enjoyable overall, with a cozy standalone cottage that I really loved. The location was walkable to downtown Gatlinburg, which was a big plus for my family. However, the rooms could definitely use some updates, and the service was a bit confusing at times. Despite these downsides, the friendly staff made the experience more pleasant.

I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The room was unfortunately not as clean as I had hoped; there was some leftover garbage from previous guests, and there was a strong odor. On the upside, the location is fantastic! The staff was friendly and helpful, particularly at breakfast. While the amenities were decent, I did find that the pool and breakfast could use improvement. Overall, it's a good spot, but there are definitely areas that could use some attention.

I had a good stay overall, but there were definitely some ups and downs. The rooms were comfortable, but I struggled with noise and light seeping in at night. The service was notably friendly, while the location was super convenient for exploring the downtown area. However, I felt that I didn't get great value for the quality of the room. On a positive note, the facilities, especially the pool area, were enjoyable.

Rooms

7.4/10

My stay at the hotel was quite a mixed bag. While the location was perfect for exploring the Smoky Mountains and Gatlinburg, the rooms left a lot to be desired in terms of cleanliness and upkeep. The staff, however, were incredibly accommodating and friendly, which made my experience more enjoyable. The breakfast was a highlight, but the overall conditions of the facilities were lacking. It did feel like I was overpaying considering the state of the room and amenities.

Rooms
5.0
The room looked dated and was not cleaned well, with peanuts and a crusty substance on the floor. I had to pay extra for a new room after raising my concerns.

6.6/10

I had a decent stay overall. While the location was fantastic with great nearby eateries, the rooms left something to be desired; they were a bit dark and missing some essential lighting. I appreciated the clean environment, but the service was a letdown with some issues at check-in, overshadowing an otherwise good experience. The breakfast was enjoyable, especially thanks to the friendly staff, although some amenities could use an upgrade.

Rooms
6.0
The room was clean, but it felt a bit dark and could really use a floor lamp next to the couch. It also lacked any external windows, which was surprising considering what I booked.
Service
5.0
The service experience was mixed. While they quickly changed my reservation to a better room, I faced some issues with check-in and there was an unfortunate incident with lost money from my purse.
Location
8.0
The hotel is located in a fantastic area, right across from Crockett's Breakfast Camp and next to Calhoun's BBQ. It’s very convenient for food lovers, although the hotel itself feels a bit outdated.
Dining
9.0
Breakfast was great overall. The guy making omelets was particularly friendly and ensured we had a good start to our day.
Facilities
5.0
The facilities could use some attention, particularly in terms of cleanliness and maintenance. The air conditioning needed some work, and the carpets showed signs of wear.
